Unable to recover file from Granular Restore

Hi,

I am using Backup Exec System Recovery 2010 Granular Restore to recover file. When I select file and click Recover I get the error:

"Unable to read the recovery point image from disk. (i) Check for network issues; (ii) Reload the recovery point".

Recovery points are on the same server where BESR 2010 is installed and there are no issues with network.

Also, if I use Recovery Point Browser to recover the same file, it works fine.
