I had to abandon Ghost 15 recently because it will not Recover Cold Images. I'm running your Trial Version of SSR 2013.
I have two 2012 model HP Notebook PCs with Windows 7 Home Edition 64-bit. One has AMD CPU, the other Intel CPU. They each have four Partitions as follows: (C:) Drive, (D:) HP Recovery Partition, (F:) HP Tools (UEFI Support) and a hidden System Partition for Windows 7 boot.
Everything seems to be working OK now with SSR 2013 able to perform bug-free Recoveries as needed of my Ghost 15 Images (Hot or Cold). However, I get the same garbled Partition Info Text File with SSR 2013 in Recovery Environment as I did with Ghost 15. My concern is if SSR 2013 cannot read my Partition Info, can I really trust SSR 2013, or is this just a cosmetic bug? Could this be related to my UEFI Partition? I only perform One Time Backups of all four Partitions and my UEFI Support has been updated by HP Support Assistant more than once in the past few months.
