Cannot add protection. Cannot retrieve list of drives.

I need a solution

I am trying to set up a once a week backup from one folder to another. I am not using any networked computers, this is simply a local backup.

At the last step everything seems fine except the backup location I choose isn't listed. Then I get this error.

Good job Symantec. Not much point in me running this software at all if I can't set up the most basic of jobs.

Here is the procedure:

* Open Symantec System Recovery

* Close annoying popups

* Open Run or Manage Backups

* Close annoying popups

* Click 'Define New"

* Untick all the useless dubbo default selections

* Click Add Folder and Add C:\Aaron

* Click Next

* Browse to F:\BACKUPS where I want to backup

* Hit next and choose to backup once on Thursday night

* On the last screen I see:

Folders to back up:
    C:\Aaron\
        Include subfolders
        Back up all files

Backup schedule:
    No Schedule

Options:
    Backup name: File Backup
    Backup destination:
    [  ] Save backup files to a unique subfolder
    Description: None

---------------------------------------------------------------

When I click finish I get the error.
